Student Success Initiative

Two tutors working with students

The Student Success Initiative Work Groups are dedicated, ad-hoc, task forces charged with identifying, analyzing, and addressing specific student success challenges within the institution. Each work group will research, adopt, and implement proven strategies and best practices to improve student outcomes in key areas such as retention, academic performance, engagement, and graduation rates. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the institution, the work group will ensure alignment with existing student success initiatives while exploring innovative approaches to overcome barriers to student achievement.
